Closure notes that end the elevation
“Done” is not a closure note. Auditors and Monday leads need to see the grant identifier, the timestamp of revocation inside Crypto Vault Access Tracker, and confirmation that residual sessions were checked.
Use a short template: reason for elevation → work completed → revocation evidence → residual check → who verified. If any line is missing, the elevation is still narratively open even if the UI looks idle.
