Data we collect
We may collect identity and contact data you submit (name, email, optional topic, message), technical logs reasonably needed to operate the site, and cookie preference choices stored in your browser. We do not ask for wallet private keys or seed phrases and you should never send them to us.
Purposes
We process data to respond to inquiries, administer enrollments, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations. Analytics cookies run only if you accept them via the cookie banner; see Cookies.
Retention
Contact form correspondence is retained up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an active enrollment dispute. Enrollment records are retained for up to 5 years for accounting and dispute resolution. Server logs are typically rotated within 90 days.
User rights
Subject to applicable law in Korea and other jurisdictions that may apply to you, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Email support@mindnode-lab.digital with the subject “Privacy request.” We may need to verify your identity before acting.
International transfers
Our primary operations are in Korea. Service providers (for example email or hosting) may process data in other countries. Where transfers occur, we use appropriate contractual and organizational safeguards consistent with applicable law.
Children
Services are directed to adults in professional contexts. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

We may update this Privacy Policy by posting changes on this page with a revised date.
