By accessing mindnode-lab.digital or enrolling in Mindnode Lab programs, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

Educational purpose

Content about Crypto Vault Access Tracker and related operations is informational and educational. It is not financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. See also Not Financial Advice.

Accounts and enrollment

When you inquire or enroll, you must provide accurate contact details. Seats may be limited per cohort. Informational prices on the site do not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in writing by Mindnode Lab.

Intellectual property

Course materials, worksheets, branding, and site copy remain the property of Mindnode Lab or its licensors. You may use materials for your internal learning during an active enrollment. You may not resell, publicly republish, or train competing public courses on our proprietary drills without written permission.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape in a way that degrades service, submit malicious content through forms, or misrepresent affiliation with Mindnode Lab.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mindnode Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or educational materials. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to a paid enrollment is limited to the fees you paid to Mindnode Lab for that enrollment in the twelve months before the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Mindnode Lab against claims arising from your misuse of the materials or your violation of these terms, except where prohibited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Korea shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.

Changes

We may update these Terms of Service by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
