Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid Mindnode Lab enrollments confirmed by invoice or written acceptance. Browsing this website does not create a charge; this site does not process checkout.

Timeframe

You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment if you have accessed fewer than two lesson modules and have not attended a live lab. After that window, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion.

Full vs partial refunds

Full refunds return 100% of tuition paid for that enrollment. Partial refunds typically equal tuition minus a materials fee reflecting modules already unlocked (usually 25% of tuition, communicated case by case).

Non-refundable items

Custom Custodian Bench facilitation dates held within 72 hours of the session, third-party exam vouchers (if ever bundled), and completed private workshops are non-refundable except where required by law.

Refund process

Email support@mindnode-lab.digital with your full name, enrollment reference, and reason. We confirm eligibility within 3 business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Bank timing may add several days depending on your institution.

Cancellation

Mindnode Lab may cancel a cohort that does not meet minimum enrollment. In that case you may transfer to a later cohort or receive a full refund.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer protections in Korea or your place of residence may grant additional rights that override parts of this policy.
